Eligibility for Return

  • Paint: Paint products only returned, if they found damaged due to containers or during
    our transportation, or if incorrect items were shipped. Custom-mixed or personalized
    paint orders are non-returnable.
  • RTC Foods: Food items are non-returnable unless the product pouches are damaged, or
    food is spoiled before its shelf life, or incorrect items supplied.
  • Return Period: You can initiate a return within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the
    product.

Return Process:

  • Contact our support team at kandasglobal@yahoo.com .With your order details and the
    reason for the return with proof like photos.
  • We will review your request and provide further instructions. If approved, return
    shipping details will be provided.

Refund/ Cancellation

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the
    approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original
    method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-mixed Paints and Cut Opened RTC Food items cannot be
    returned or refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Paint: We supply All over Tamilnadu,India ,by means of Free delivery for Majority
    Orders ,Collected by customer and Thru Trucks by To Pay method
  • RTC Food: Delivered thru International Couriers thru Door deliveries for non commercial
    .For commercial, we use Ship liners and Air Cargo to be collected at receiving Port. For
    imports, CIF, C/F charges, Duties and demurrages may applicable.
